This August I am resharing my most popular interivews from my Career Confidence Conversations series.
Today I’m delighted to introduce you to the incredible Blu Reynolds. Blu is a Senior Consultant at Moorhouse, following an attempted career in Law and working in a range of roles within healthcare and the NHS.
I came across Blu when he published a blog post titled “Are You Gay Son?” where he reflects on his journey or self acceptance and living effectively, both inside and outside the workplace. When I read the blog post I knew that I wanted to invite Blu to have a Career Confidence Conversation and I’m delighted to now share with you his perspectives on his career journey to date, why hindsight is a wonderful thing and how we can all be brave and live authentically whatever that looks like for us.
